Chili's - Auburn Hills

I enjoyed a tasty chicken Mexican bowl filled with chicken, corn, beans, lettuce, tortilla strips, and pico de gallo, served on a bed of rice, accompanied by a satisfying potato soup. My companions ordered delicious chicken sandwiches. The molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was a fantastic way to end the meal. The waitress provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is understaffed. The hostess appeared indifferent and continued to seat other customers who arrived after us before our party. We waited for over an hour before finally requesting to speak with a manager. The manager was friendly and responsive, and is the main reason I did not rate the restaurant lower than 3 stars.

Went here to sit with a friend for our fantasy football draft. Bartender was very friendly and efficient. Checked on us multiple times. We ended up ordering food to go and that was delicious and everything I expected. Burger was massive!

A bit upset tonight. I placed an online order and ordered shrimp fajitas. I have a gluten allergy so I asked for corn tortillas (shows on receipt) and got flour. It didn?t come with any salsa, no cheese, no sour cream or guacamole which I paid extra forwhich is crazy this is all I got. Called to see if I could get a credit and no answer. Now I have to eat this without the maintoppings and wrap. Let?s do better Chili?s!!!!!!!!!!!

The restaurant is in a great location and the food is decent. The service was good and the atmosphere was lively. The only downside is that the restroom was not clean.
