Burger King - Auburndale

My favorite Burger King! Shamus and the crew always go above and beyond for their customers. Stop by this Burger King and say hello to them.

Terrible service. I bought food for my wife and I tonight, and when she ate a burger, she bit in plastic. I swear plastic. She almost hit it. When I called, they couldn't find the order magical. Specify the order number and cannot be located. When it is offered to be refunded, they said I had to come to the store. Why would I go all the way back to a store that killed my wife? I'm still waiting for a call back from them. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Burker King has a very short waiting time in the ride through which is great and the food is quite good. Most problems come here with employees and cleanliness. So make sure you go in, because at the table we sat on a villain that was almost on my wife's food.

In this place attempts to use the Burger King app. It didn't happen. So I ordered the old fashion path in the counter. They gave me two medium-sized cups and they said. Goods from big cups. They were from most sauces. My nuggets were cold my onion rings were warm not fresh. Extremely unhappy with this place. Eat at McDonald's. WaWa, little Cesars Salmen or Taco Bell/pizza hut.

Front cashier needs some lessons in customer service. My wife was ordering her food and the cashier just looked at her and gave attitude while repeating my wife's order. Then as I went to pay with my debit card, she looks at me and then says that they aren't taking cards now. No signs on the doors or a warning before we ordered. The employees there were more interested in their personal lives to pay any attention to the customers in the store. Probably why the place was almost deserted at the beginning of the lunch rush.
