Long John Silver's A&w (31439)

Long John Silver's is just as delicious as it was when I was a kid. The fried fish, shrimp, hush puppies, and their outstanding fast-food coleslaw are still top-notch. My wife ordered a burger and fries from A&W, and it was good too. However, the French fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil as the fish, which detracted a bit from their flavor. Overall, the service from the staff was excellent!

I visited this afternoon and had the pleasure of being served by two wonderful women—one of whom was named Anna, but I unfortunately lost the receipt with the other’s name. Both of these individuals were outstanding, and it was clear that they were dedicated to providing excellent customer service. They went above and beyond for me in a way that was completely unexpected, showing nothing but kindness and generosity. This level of service is quite rare these days, especially in the corporate world. I urge you to take good care of these employees, as they are doing a fantastic job for your business. Because of their exceptional service, I will definitely be returning. Thank you both so much! I can't express enough how grateful I am; you made my week!

I recently visited this restaurant and was pleased to encounter a friendly staff. It's always a joy to go through the drive-thru and be greeted by someone who is pleasant, kind, and genuinely nice! In today's world, it's clear that Mrs. Margie truly cares about her customers. The service was quick and came with a smile!

I was very surprised earlier, after ending up here somewhat accidentally, the food I ordered (mostly from LJS) was perfect. Everything tasted clean, there was nothing over cooked or messy, and I think there are some great items on the menu! After 30 years I finally discovered this great place, and I have no idea why this place is rarely seen.

Food was barely warm. Service was good, but food was expensive for fast food. We spent Almost 35 for 2 people and didn't order Allot. They only had 1 in use trash can. The inside was clean so that's always good.
