The food was tasty and the staff was welcoming. They were able to seat our party of 9 on a Saturday evening without a wait. However, I believe customers visit hibachi restaurants for the entertainment aspect. There was no excitement, no fancy tricks with eggs or a flaming volcano. The chef simply cooked the delicious food without any flair. I hope they consider making some changes to keep up with other hibachi restaurants that have long wait times.
The restaurant was understaffed, so the owner ended up cooking our meal. Unfortunately, they burned the food and when we informed the owner, she still served it to us. After tasting the burnt food, we let her know again, but she walked away. We then informed our waitress, who spoke to the owner but nothing was resolved. In the end, we left feeling disappointed after being loyal customers for 25 years. We won't be returning.
My first time went and I thought it was completely different from what it was. the suppe, the salate and the water were the only good things. I had that huh and mignon. the chicken was burned outside and gummy inside. the filet mignon was good until it cooled and it was hard and super dry. the tear had hard pieces. we also ordered laughs and garnels. he has 4 cloves and half the size of a regular salmon fillet. both garnel and salmon were cooked. At some point, I'll make at least one fire trick every Hibachi place I was at. there was no maintenance or interaction. we hoped for a wonderful meal and was very disappointed.
The food and service was good. If you like having a show, this is the place for you!
