Papa John's - Auburndale

I ordered a pizza that was ready in just 10 to 15 minutes. I customized my pizza to my liking, as I can be a bit particular. The staff on the phone was exceptionally polite and helpful; they never rushed me or made me feel like a burden. While John's isn't my top choice all the time, if I ever crave pizza again, this is the place I'll turn to.

I’m giving them 5 stars primarily because of the staff at the restaurant. However, I strongly advise against placing orders through the call center. Unfortunately, John’s now relies on a foreign call center that struggles to communicate effectively in English, making it very hard to understand their responses. They messed up my $80 order, but I have to thank the in-store staff for rectifying the situation and taking care of me. John’s really needs to reconsider outsourcing their customer service; we are in America, after all, not in India, Pakistan, or China.

Fantastic experience at PaPa John's! They are always prompt and quick with their service! The staff here is the best among all PaPa John's locations in the area. The pizza is delicious, and the toppings are evenly distributed. The sauce is perfectly balanced. We're really pleased with our decision to enjoy some PIZZA here!

Nice alternative to a fast food burger. little greasier than expected and could have used more cheese, but overall quite good sandwich.
