Maison Collongues II - Auch

A small stop at the cathedral to taste. The cakes are very good. A small flat on the terrace that is too much on a very passing street.

Discovered by chance! After having ordered a good tea and a crêpe, I am invited to settle on the lower floor where surprise a beautiful room that resembles a medieval chapel, with an old chimney and a knight glove, large wooden tables with bench, very beautiful! Not disappointed with the trip!

Very good bakery... varied choices as soft as salty!

My favorite bread is the minutia (not too cooked) a very nice team!

For tourists only... The real foie gras lovers won't be here...
