Probably the worst BK branch in Auckland.. every time I order a meal the bread is dry and old and fries sit in the warmer too long, and they serve them instead...

Rude behaviour of morning staff. Served cold burger and full of ice cube drink. Lots of tomato ketchup and some are opened. Highly disappointed.

It's a good branch. The Mäzen ruin the service speed. This is reflected in service and quality on the busy times. In quiet times they are excellent
Food was delicious and hot but the drinks were flat and no taste that why I gave it a 4 Star Cool but keep up the great work BK
