The Grounds At Whoa! Studios - Auckland

I have to say, it’s impressive to find such a great place out west! We visited The Grounds last night, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment we approached the front counter to the time we left, the service was outstanding – friendly and prompt. The staff handled kids exceptionally well, and the selection of ice creams was just perfect for little ones. The food was absolutely delicious too! Our son had the bolognese and declared it the tastiest meal ever. He even called it “the best place ever!” You should be proud of your service and staff; what you provide is remarkable, especially for parents and their children. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a meal while kids can burn off their energy. I highly recommend this place, and I know I'll be coming back regularly! Thanks, everyone – I’ll definitely be recommending you to everyone I know!

I absolutely love this restaurant and everything it offers—the food, the staff, the decor. We first visited during opening week and have returned multiple times for coffee, lunch, and dinner. The food is outstanding, and they kindly prepared a child's portion of a pasta dish from the main menu for my 6-year-old. Being part of Whoa Studios allows kids to run around in the playground whenever they want, which is a huge plus. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making it a welcoming atmosphere. This place is a little gem in Henderson and has definitely become a favorite of ours.

My daughter and I arrived as breakfast was closing but the manager/owner told the waiter it wouldn't be a problem. Poached eggs on ciabatta were delicious. My daughter had the pancakes and she enjoyed them. Coffee was nice for taste but needs to be hotter. I would describe both that I had as warm, not hot. But that was the only downer. After my first visit I've noted The Grounds as a place to go back to.

Totally impressed, beautiful surroundings, sublime food and really lovely staff. Nice to see workers that are happy in their jobs and it’s no wonder, fantastic place. Thanks for bringing a whole lot of class to West Auckland!!!
