Cook Out - Augusta

I waited 8 minutes for someone to pick up my order. I waited 9 minutes for my order. I have two chili dogs. They tasted everything. But were very sloppy. I didn't care so much, but they never gave me napkins. And the place borders dirty.

That's exactly how I got my meal. The BBQ plate but the container was scattered with molten foam holes. I had food from holes. Not sure how it happened, but I'll give another chance at some point. After all, I really like cooking!

I never did these stupid reviews, but I felt the need today. My whole family visited the city and we wanted to see what the hype was about. The lady in the register was so friendly and friendly. She was very understanding of how long we needed to order. We ordered 7 trays! We have food in about 10-15 minutes. Everything tasted great considering that this was fast food. We stayed in the lobby for an hour and talk about our day before we decide to get shake. The staff knew that we had my 2 year old son walking around the lobby and gave him a small ice cream surprise while the adults had their shakes! They treated us so well. I hate fast food, but would definitely be back for quality and staff!!! Thanks for today!!!! I'm sorry we got you so busy! Bonus added: You cannot beat that price for the food quantity! Thanks again! I hope you'll all get up. At least today's noon crew?

I love Cook Out. I absolutely recommend one of their 40+ different flavors of milkshakes. The banana pudding milkshake is amazing! Also check out the wraps. They're less than $2 each. The chicken ranch one is my favorite.

They get your food out fast and hot. I finally decided to give them a try, and was pleased. I really like that they open for lunch at 10:30. You can get a double burger, 2 sides and large drink for $7.77. Hard to beat that price these days.
