Sugar Shane's - Augusta

Hands down, the best chicken fried steak I?ve ever had! The service was above and beyond. Shae was my server. She was very polite with a bright aura all around her. There was a dinner rush just after I was seated, my order was taken promptly, and when Shae was busy with her other tables, Gracie was sure to ask me if there was anything I needed. I didn?t get the expediters name but I do remember his friendly face as he was smiling ear to ear while handing me my food. Sugar Shane?s was definitely noting in conversation with my coworkers! We will be going again soon! Keep up the good work!

First time going to Sugar Shane?s Cafe. I ordered the fish taco with seasoned rice, husband got chicken fry with mashed potatoes and gravy, side salad and ordered coconut shrimp and fried pickles. Everything was delicious! Staff was young, but very attentive and best service we?ve had in a long time in these days of restaurants being short staffed. Will definitely go back!

This was the first time I ate at Sugar Shane's Café. I selected the Daily Special which happened to be Creamy Chicken Noodles over Mashed Potatoes Garlic Toast. It was very tasty a good dinner for the money!

Met friends at this restaurant. Had the chicken fried steak, fish dinners, and chicken fried chicken. Grandson ate all the small fish dinner which says something! Artichoke spinach dip good. Enjoyed all. Server very nice, young gal. Knowledgeable of menu and beer selections. Location was great to visit, no loud music during dinner hour. Outside dining is an option.

The whole experience at Sugar Shane's was top notch. Starting with the young man who seated us who was so very pleasant. He was very, very busy but took time with each group he seated. Our server Emma, was such a sweetheart and so nice. I had a wonderful chef salad, probably the best I've ever had. Even the young man who bought out our food was so courteous and asked if we needed anything else before he left our table.
