The line here is always impressive, which shows they’re doing something right in terms of business. However, they frequently run out of items, and it seems like they’re often unprepared for the demand. They haven’t had a rewards scanner for at least six months, which raises some concerns. It makes me wonder if the management prioritizes profits over providing a good customer experience, or if they simply lack awareness and interest in improving the situation. It’s frustrating when they inform you of menu items being unavailable after you've already ordered. I must say, the staff do their best under these circumstances, and I don't want to put the blame on them.
On the day of my visit, I found the quality of the food to be disappointing—wilted brown salad and hard rice are simply unacceptable. The situation was further exacerbated by a long line of people waiting while only a few employees were working, which felt ridiculous. It’s clear that the current system is not efficient. I noticed several tables left messy by other customers, and while the dining area was generally clean, it seemed to suffer due to the lack of proper attention from staff. Regarding the food, it was typically fresh and served at the right temperature. The employees were usually quick, focused, and friendly, which I appreciated. I've always enjoyed Chipotle, and despite these issues, I would still recommend it for a meal. As a vegetarian, however, I found their vegetarian options lacking—I found them too dry and not very flavorful. Overall, while I will return to Chipotle, I hope to see improvements in their vegetarian offerings.
This is the closest Chipotle to my home, and Chipotle is one of my favorites, but this location is disappointing. The recent price increases are quite steep, which makes it frustrating that they consistently serve smaller portions. It seems like every time I visit, there’s an issue with their system. For example, tonight they were unable to give me a burrito because their system was down. I would understand if it happened occasionally, but it’s a frequent problem. They also often run out of ingredients, and their rewards scanners are frequently out of order. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me so I can explain the issues further. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
Dreadful eating everything. the chips were stale. her Burrito-Heizer was broken. from the paprika and swirling. paid $30.00 and ended eating in the garbage throwing. do not go back to the location on the smoky hill road. what a waste of money and I know it doesn't matter to them. every time I went to this place, it's a disappointment. no more! read the reviews! everything bad.
Horrible, and they might be closed for the day To go, and orders thru DoorDash are skimpy and the bar is usually cold, so yes almost everytime it's a cold cold burrito or bowl. Like where is the management. Went by last night at 8:20pm and they had a closed sign on the door, hand written by staff. I wasn't the only one there was multiple customers that were turned away with this damn sign. When leaving the shopping center after having dinner elsewhere they Were open again. This store needs legit management and staff training
