Fazoli's - Aurora

I've always been a bit hesitant about Italian fast food, mainly because I imagine noodles sitting in water all day, waiting to be ordered. However, I was pleasantly surprised during my lunch visit last week. I tried the lasagna, and it was excellent! I definitely plan to return. The bread was really good as well. I think everyone should give this place a chance!

I just ordered through the drive-thru and received fantastic service from Deja. She was kind, helpful, and genuine. I don't usually leave reviews, but Deja's customer service truly deserves recognition.

I've visited this location several times and have never had any problems with the food or service. However, I’m giving it a low rating because I noticed the staff eating their meals in the same area as the customers, with their phones turned up loud enough to be heard throughout the space. It’s incredibly disrespectful to those who are trying to enjoy their dining experience.
