A classic chicken experience. It's best to avoid the special offers, as they tend to be cheap and dry. However, the actual chicken pieces are large and cooked to order. The side dishes are often wilted or overcooked, and while the customer service is decent, it's a bit lacking in attentiveness.

I would give this place zero stars. I went through the drive-thru and ended up having to throw away most of the food when I got home because the potatoes tasted like a drainage pond smells during a late July heat wave. It was concerning enough that I felt like calling a public health inspector.

When we finally reached the window, we were told to move forward, and our order would be brought out to us. I inquired about the long wait since it was now nearly 15 minutes past our scheduled pick-up time. They mentioned they were waiting for cookies and that we would be moving along soon. After 10 more minutes with no updates, someone else who had been behind us in line was served first, and I asked the staff why that happened. The person at the window shrugged and said he didn’t know; he was just on his break. A few minutes later, a manager approached us to explain that they hadn’t taken our order correctly but offered us various options as compensation (which was nice of them). We told them to just provide whatever would be ready the quickest. At this point, it had already been 35 minutes since our pickups time, and we waited an additional 10 minutes before our food finally came out. On a positive note, the food was fresh and tasted excellent, but wow, that was the longest I have ever had to wait at a restaurant, especially for a fast-casual place.

Came here and it was rough, they're turning the place. the speaker warns. they also ran from certain menu items. there was only one person who worked so that we had to wait for dinner, but I waited for 20 minutes.

They is so slow ? and unprofessional. Make you wait to long and they don't have Noone in lines plus they tell you to go and wait at front to wait for your food. Very unprofessional unsatisfied from this location ?
