Papa Johns Pizza - Aurora

If I could give no stars, I would. We ordered a pizza for delivery and paid online. When the delivery arrived, the driver asked for cash. I explained that I had already paid and showed him the confirmation from my bank account, which clearly showed the transaction. He went back to his car to call the supervisor and returned to say that they could only provide the food if I paid again. It was already past 8:30 PM, and my 4-month-old daughter was sleeping. I had proof of my payment, yet they refused to give me the food I paid for. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If they don’t want to lose customers, I suggest avoiding this place. I’ve just lost over $30.

I ordered food around 4 PM, and it was supposed to be ready at 6:15 PM. However, it wasn't ready until almost 7 PM. What's the point of placing an order if it's not going to be completed on time? The person at the reception was quite rude. When I asked about my order, he claimed there was no order under my name. After I showed him the confirmation email and order number, he dismissively said, "That doesn't help me," and turned to the next customer. Not only was my food not ready at the agreed time, but I also received poor treatment from the staff. The customer service was completely unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience with the service. I placed an online order and was told to expect a 68- to 79-minute wait for pickup. I arrived after 65 minutes and checked in, but after another 30 minutes, my pizza still wasn't ready. When I called to inquire about it, they informed me that it would take at least another 15 minutes to finish my pizza! I requested a cancellation, but then the person on the other end hung up on me. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I've never experienced such an excessively long wait or such poor service at any other time or day.

It is a hit or miss on their order made right or without missing ingredients. I think they try their best as they are the most time short staff, but overall the pizza is good.

I hadn’t ordered from Papa John’s in several years. My grandkids were coming over today to help me with some things, and my grandson likes stuffed crust, so I ordered from there. I ordered pizza, brownies and the chocolate chip cookie plus Sierra Mist and Dr Pepper. The food came fast, was hot and tasted excellent. I will absolutely order from there again.
