Papa Johns Pizza - Aurora

Ordered a pizza for delivery and received it with half of the ingredients missing.

I ordered through Google and somehow ended up with a restaurant that subcontracted the delivery to DoorDash, which charged me $93 to deliver two pizzas to the wrong address. If I don’t receive a full refund, I will never order from Papa John’s again. They charged over $12 in service fees for delivering to an address I don’t even understand how they got. I had to get up, get dressed, and drive to work to pick up the pizzas, and by the time I got home, they were cold. For $93, that’s just outrageous.

I called to place an order and was surprised to find out that I wasn't actually speaking to the restaurant, but rather a call center. The person on the line took my credit card information, but my card was declined, which seemed strange. When I visited the Papa John's in person, the manager explained that the card was declined because they were busy and that they don't accept phone orders; instead, calls are handled by an outsourced team overseas. A few days later, I discovered that there was fraudulent activity on my credit card related to this call center. I strongly advise against ordering from here.

I had a terrible experience with the management at this restaurant. They messed up my order, and when I called to address it, they blamed me for ordering the pizza in the first place. It’s clear that they don’t care about their customers. I even contacted Papa John’s corporate office, and they mentioned they’ve received similar complaints about this store but have done nothing to resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend dining here; the food is subpar and the staff is even worse. Look for another option!

I walked in to pick up a Pizza. Apparently it's OK to handle the phone, use the touch screen computer, and then handle the dough. ? Hard fail for me.
