Potbelly - Aurora

I don't like the app you order. Our food was ready and the app never told us, so we literally sat in the sun and waited for a message. I finally went in because nobody was in the line and nobody was in the restaurant. You need a better system. Then the order was finished and the only one on the shelf and they couldn't identify it. WO

This place has always made my order right, and the workers were always nice.

I tried to place and order, and I was told to do it on their app or online. I tried both and nothing worked. I said I was at work and I couldn't just go and pick it up. She told me she knows the site has problems, but there was nothing she could do to help me. Don't waste your time or money with them.

Once again, I leave work to enjoy a dine-in lunch at Potbelly and once again they are CLOSED for dine-in lunch. Unbelievable. Last time for me. There are too many other choices like Panera Bread, Jersey Mike?s, Subway, Jimmy John?s to mention a few that want my business. No wonder everyone else I know stopped going here.

This location doesn't open until 5pm! Fix the hours online Potbelly! Google didn't publish a suggested edit for hours because they said it couldn't be verified... Hey Google, trying calling the store before 5pm! Go to the Geneva Potbelly if you want lunch or dinner. ?
