Boston Market - Austin

The restaurant had really bad tasting food. Three hungry guys couldn't finish anything. Some of the dishes seemed old, but even if they were fresh it probably wouldn't have helped. We are from San Antonio and I remember there was a Boston Market there for a short time, now I understand why it closed. The chicken pot pie was empty and the crust was bad. There were only a few pieces of chicken and vegetables with sauce, but it was lacking in quantity. The creamed spinach was bland and the rice tasted terrible. We were hungry and in a rush, but we should have gone across the street to Chick-fil-A. It wasn't worth $55. It reminded us of a really bad Luby's or like someone was making a "fresh" TV dinner. Maybe it was just the time of day we went, but the best part was the mint toothpick, even though they weren't even flavored. We were still hungry. Whoever gives this place 5 stars must think gas station sushi is gourmet cuisine!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a dinner order tonight, was charged for it, and showed up at the restaurant only to find out that Austin Public Health had shut it down days ago. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. The restaurant should disable online orders when they are closed. I will contact my bank to dispute the charges, and I will not be returning. This was very unprofessional.

I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I saw a sign saying that the health department had shut them down a few days prior. I suggest disabling online orders until they reopen to avoid inconveniencing others.

I literally almost never leave evaluations, but I have to do this time; I was told about "boston market" by a friend, so I went to check it, they have a decent menu, reminds me of home cooked food. eating was absolutely terrible; my friend and I couldn't eat it literally and had to spit most out of what we ate. he got the meat-leaved meal with sweet maize and kartoffels, the kartoffels were very dirty and the sweet mais was not sweet. I got the chicken pot cake with mac n cheese; the cake had a general sour taste I couldn't like the mac n cheese which I had to spit out, I never had so bad food in my life until I could eat none of it. I wouldn't even buy a sign for the homeless on the road, it would be cruel for them. they are very short staff that I understand with today's workers, but it seems terrible how they would treat a hired person; there was only one man in there that we saw, we asked if he was working himself, he said yes. We assume that this is the reason why the inner dinning was closed, but to let a person work, I wouldn't put it on my own coworkers.

Haven’t been to a Boston Market in about 10 years. Visited here today and the food was just as delicious and service impeccable. Ezra was extremely friendly and polite and it really improved our dining experience. The facility was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our lunch and would absolutely return. Definitely recommend stopping by!
