Cedro Scratch Italian Wine - Austin

I always look for local restaurants on the Apple Maps when I visit the city. I had the shells for a starter and they were even better with sauce and bread. It's worth the price. I also ordered the Fatuccine Carbonara with chicken. Excellent. Jeff was a great server and whoever went around and made sure the drinks were filled again. I'm back. Perfectly balanced flavors in each dish! Pastas are fresh daily and you can tell. Caesar salad perfectly dressed (not overdressed) and shareable. Chicken Marsala fresh and delectable. Everything was perfectly and lightly seasoned and OMG Spectacular! We are so pleased and will be back with friends! Servers so very helpful and knowledgeable. Wine was perfectly paired! Don’t miss!

It was scrumptious. Flavor was good. Noodles were cooked to the appropriate doneness. Would visit again.

I've been nudged to write a review today... although all my recent outings have been out of the state and country I'm choosing my neighborhood Italian restaurant to highlight today. I'm ashamed I haven't wrote a review for them yet... it's the perfect HH hang, date night spot, forced family fun night and you can even bring the mut out on the patio which they have a serrated entrance for do you don't have to drag Fido through the walk of shame....Great wine selection and HH doesn't disappoint! The salmon is worth writing home about and any of the flatbreads will hit the spot! The servers are excellent! I forgot our lovely servers name but she k we her wines and loved our dog! We at outside this most recent time and she even brought little covers for our wine glasses so the darn gnats couldn't go for a swim in our beloved vino!This is a go to for a fun girls night when the wine is on special... you'll feel like you're at an all inclusive resort because they keep your glasses full and bottle chilled! Whatcha waiting for? It's located smashed between Alamo drafthouse and La Madeline... Behind the big HEB Plus...It doesn't get as much advertising since it's off the beaten path... I'm getting hungry just thinking of this place....

We ordered the grilled bread to share, and I had the Bolgonese pasta. The grilled focaccia wasn't very authentic, but it tasted good. The bolognese pasta was delicious and had a very generous portion.
