We decided to stop by on a whim, and we're so glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the teriyaki musubi, which was served hot and fresh—so fresh that we had to wait a bit to eat it! We also tried the li hing pineapple, which was very refreshing, and the mac salad, which tasted wonderfully fresh with just a hint of sweetness. The highlight for us was the butter mochi; it was simply delightful, and I’m tempted to return just to buy a whole pan of it! We're definitely looking forward to our next visit to try more of their poke options.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, thanks to the excellent food and the incredibly friendly owners. My personal favorite dish is the pork kimchi fried rice, while my wife enjoys the various poke options (like spicy and teriyaki). The pork fried rice is not only delicious, but it's also so filling that it lasts me for three meals! Their shrimp tempura is also very tasty, along with the egg rolls. I'm thrilled to have found this hidden gem on a food trailer, especially since it's so close to home. Ordering through Doordash is quick, and pickup is even faster. When I called to place my order tonight, they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, and it was! I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant is truly fantastic! The owners are incredibly kind and play a big role in making the place so wonderful. The food is outstanding, and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back to this hidden gem. Plus, Dittmar Park is just minutes away and provides a lovely setting for a meal.

From my experience, the wonderful lady that runs this truck puts love n soul into her food like you’re part of ohana (family). Pictured is the best loco moco I’ve ever had and two new items I haven’t had before: pineapple with something like tajin and a katsu spam musubi. Both of which were amazing! Everything was AMAZING and I am spoiled. Having loco moco at 1/3 places in Dallas recently was disappointing… Double check hours and call to make sure they are open

Phenomenal food even more phenomenal customer service. The lady who ran the food truck was so spritzy and kind-hearted. She really left a great impression on me, and the food was excellent to match it. Can’t ask for more!
