Sonic Drive-in - Austin

Ordered a kid's burger plain no vegetables, just meat and bread and a Sonic double cheeseburger with everything. Got home and.the kid's burger was covered in tomato, pickles, lettuce and onions. My cheeseburger had nothing just meat, cheese and bread. My kid wouldn't eat the sloppy burger and. I had to eat mine with no vegetables or dressings. I was very clear when I ordered. Why can't they listen and get a simple order right. Because they don't care.

I'm never going back to this location they move slow and forget online orders too often for me I has to go to McDonald's for ice cream

830 a.m. not open. No sign, no lights, no cars. Just a ground crew cutting grass. Update on pertinent sites? Where? You havent been open at 7 in who knows how long. What site shows your actual hours?

My first App pick up experience didn't go well. Scheduled ahead, arrived on time and waited about the same amount of time it would've taken if I'd just placed my order upon arrival. The order was at least complete and correct though.

Well for starters I was there around 9am and we waited for 10 mins before anyone greeted us and we were the only vehicle in the parking lot. Then When we were greeted we couldn't order because there no google pay available. Other sonics have it available but this one doesn't. I have dined here before and even then it was bad the food was gross, cold and soggy. Then I swore I would never go back there but 2 yrs later a second chance, not anymore. No pride is displayed for company nor position.
