Subway - Austin

Worst subway I've ever ordered from. ordered three subs in the app and NONE of them were correct. I even saw the guy last thought it wasn't mine (because my order was 15 minutes too late) and didn't see him the bag he gave me so I didn't know everything was wrong. also ordered 5 cookies and paid for them preemptive, but since they do not have cookies, I gave this store free money. They had no tomatoes, banana peppers, mayonnaise and many other ingredients they usually have. I was so excited for my subway and now in just sad I had to eat food I didn't even want

They were out of a lot of ingredients, but it sounded like it was just a delivery issue. However, an employee instructed me to put my own mayonnaise on using mayonnaise packets and pointed to the station by the fountain drinks. There were only mustard packets and he had told me to do it after I was already out of the line. The fountain drinks were very watery. The bathroom was not clean. The ingredients themselves seemed well prepared though.

Don’t know exactly how the manger Daniel is allowed to manage a whole store with 3 brain cells. Not only was this man being rude for no reason after i had corrected him on the cheese he had put on my sandwich, he decided it was okay to call me a slur because i had asked for my receipt. THIS IS NOT OKAY! subway.. do better

Take your ear plugs off ma’am so you can hear me so you don’t have to be looking at me like I’m the crazy person as you take my order .But my sandwich was good so I guess

Don’t eat the food nope my mom was throwing up all over the place!! Not clean at all no vegetables available the ones that looked dangerous! What happen this was my favorite Subway!! I will not be going back until someone is running that place right!! ?????
