I went through the drive-thru and they were pretty busy but it was fast on that people straight and the guy was very pleasant

Consistently the slowest drive thru line anywhere. Sometimes only takes cash, sometimes only through the app. But youll have to wait 30 min in line to find out

The cashiers in the store are absolutely useless, and do not even attempt to communicate with the kitchen staff. 20 minutes of my order being made only to be asked again and told they 're gonna start it. Drive thru is congested and slow but at least the cashiers there effectively do their job. Seriously under trained FOH

This location has tanked since COVID. They only let one person through the drive-thru at a time and more often than not the dining room is locked. You would think that maybe it was because they were under staffed but when you get to the first window they don't allow you to move on to the second window, slowing everything down and while you wait you can see into the kitchen that there are workers just standing around.I'm reiterating what a previous person said, save yourself some time and go literally anywhere else.

Every night, without fail this place takes way too long. I just want some food, there’s no way you guys are this slow. This has to be on purpose. Probably trying to look good on their times for drive thru or something.
