The Grackle - Austin

This restaurant is a total rip off. I ordered a margarita and a glass of water and was charged $17. The margaritas are definitely not worth that price.

The restaurant has a half circle bar with TV, a pool table with a quarters machine, three dartboards, and a covered patio. The Zilker Park Brewing Icy Boys Lager and Lone Pint Yellow Rose IPA were both below average. The Yellow Rose IPA was noted as hoppy. They offer a large whiskey selection and a complimentary water cooler. There is also a food truck called Asador Tacos parked out front.

This establishment is a true dive bar experience. They offer dart games, a selection of beers, and a spacious patio/deck area.

A classic in Austin. Go visit. Well curated beer and spirits collection.

Visiting Austin from PDX and we had a blast!! Love the city, music and the food.. The Grackle was a fun late night option.
