Írjon visszajelzéstThis Wendy's location is really disappointing! We decided to stop by because of the sign (see picture 1), but when we placed our order, the item we wanted was priced differently than what was advertised on the menu. This is a clear case of false advertising, Wendy's, and it's against the law (see pictures 2 and 3). The last picture (4) shows our receipt. I want to see the free item or the correct charge for the item we were shown! You guys should definitely face some penalties for this!
First of all, I got all my drinks, 5, to be exact. I asked for a cup/drink carrier. I was told there was none. So, I was like how do I keep the drinks from spilling in my vehicle. I got no reply. Then, of course one of the drinks did spill and I went back and could not get a refill.2nd, I get home with the food and none of it was marked as to what burger was what. Smh... here I am trying to figure it out.This particular location did not provide the outstanding service that I have come to know from Wendy's... I will not be returning to this particular location
My order was messed up, and they asked me to return the partially eaten sandwich that was incorrect, only to throw it away. The staff didn't speak much English either. I would recommend choosing a different Wendy's.
I come here quite often, of course it's fast food and I run into food problems from time to time but damn ordering and my food the way it was given and tasted on the date of 4/11/2022 around 11:30pm was NOT IT!! Bad service, bad experience, food just really ain't giving, and just was so dammmmn hard to order!! Like from ordering I should've known to have left right away. My mistake. But definitely a night shift I don't recommend cause they most likely don't care about food quality or service. But from living close by and ordering in the day time is way better than any night time ordering.
I don’t typically expect great customer service at Wendy’s, but my recent experience was particularly frustrating. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I had to wait a moment before the employee said, “hello??” as if I was bothering him, sounding quite annoyed. He was very impatient while I was placing my order, and when I asked him to repeat something, his tone was even more snarky. If you have someone with such a bad attitude working there, it would be best to keep them away from customers. Also, the fries I received were definitely not fresh. I was at the drive-thru around 2:20 PM on March 18th, and when I mentioned the employee’s rudeness to the woman who handed me my order, she seemed to agree that he had an attitude problem.
