Chick-fil-a - Austintown

I took the family out for a quick dinner after football practice. I've seen this place with a long line of customers, but luckily, tonight we only had a few cars ahead of us. The customer service was fantastic! You place your order with a real person standing right next to your car. The food was excellent; I received a huge piece of chicken for my sandwich! The fries were the famous waffle style that everyone loves. We also ordered milkshakes with our meals, and here's where my only complaint comes in: they were ridiculously expensive! Don't get me wrong, the milkshakes were delicious, but they must be using some high-end equipment to make them. On the bright side, their milkshake machine was actually working—take note, McDonald's! We'll definitely be back, but we might skip the milkshakes next time. I might make a special trip just to get that peach one, though; it was fantastic!

I am very disappointed. Last night, I ordered dinner for my family, and while enjoying my tea, I reached the bottom of my cup. When I went to empty out the ice, I was horrified to find a dead fly at the bottom. This is incredibly upsetting.

We don't visit Chick-fil-A often, not because we dislike it, but because the lines are usually quite long. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how fast the drive-thru service was this time. I timed it from the moment we entered the queue to when we received our order, and it took less than 15 minutes—I'd say it was closer to 10 minutes! On this visit, we ordered milkshakes, and they were absolutely fantastic.
