Dunkin' - Austintown

This Dunkin' has a really poor drive-thru layout. It's nearly impossible to get into. It's definitely better to just drive an extra 3 minutes to the other location.

I've experienced this multiple times—not just once or twice. Whenever I request less ice with my order, I still end up with a cup full of ice in my drinks. The staff should ensure that customers receive exactly what they request.

The people are very rude the old lady at the drive thru is terrible with people and they are very cheap to charge for a water and the cream sticks never have any cream in them. I asked for a couple extra straws and they refused to give me the extra straw and said Wal Mart sells them if I want more. This is a down right bad Dunkin, avoid it if you can. I'm no longer going there.

The service wasn't the greatest for me because I like when cashiers help you find out what you need, my cashier that day only wanted to take my order. Also my drinks were given to me faster than lighting but due to it they lost quality. It doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad Dunkin, I just had a bad experience that day.

This is truly the worst Dunkin’ in the Austintown area. They consistently fail to prepare the food properly, serving it cold and undercooked every time. The beverages are a complete gamble as well; they’re either made incorrectly or they’re entirely different from what I ordered.
