The first time I went there I had to list 4 flavors before I picked one that was in stock. The seond time, staff confirmed my order with me three times and still messed up the flavor. I'll be skipping Rita's and getting Dunkin Donuts instead.
Staff is patient and friendly. The custard and Italian ice are always great. Service is quick, even when they're busy.
The Italian ice is amazing and the custard is super creamy.
