Sandwich Factory - Austintown

The bread they use is amazing! The sandwiches never disappoint me. Love the fried veggies as well.

I understand that alot of places are currently short staffed. However when you walk in at 4:57p.m. and wait until 5:35 to recieve your order. Only to get home realizing that one of your sandwiches has no meat $29.00 dollars later. An when you getback speak to the manager an he approaches the situation like he knew explaining to you before you can why you're back. In myopinion makes it feel intentional. Their were other factors that took place during my wait but again I realize it became alittle busy but they shouldve never allowed me to walk out the store with unfinished product when they knew it was wrong.

We asked for two gyros and two fries we waited a long time which that was no problem but the gyros was cold on top we asked for no tomatoes but it had Tomato on both and then the sauce is supposed to be a tazikki sauce that’s a sour cream base not mayo it was just a mayo mixed, it’s already hard to find good gyros in the city but to pay 14 dollars for two gyros with 5 little hard pieces of meat and cold is crazy For as long as we waited our food should have been at least hot. The fries was hot so they was cool, I really forgot why I stop coming and I will always give places another chance but this is ridiculous.

Worst veal Parm sandwich I ever had, dry, no sauce and no grated cheese, never go

I travel For work, I came to realize that’s it’s never the Restaurant or the food, it’s always the People!! That’s working there also who’s making the food,,,1st Time I went every thing went great! That’s why I went Back,,,The 2nd time Whole new staff no one who was there the 1st time , I Ordered Cheese fries with Extra cheese,,, They put a whole lot of cheese as I asked sat it Nxt to the Fries , This occur on March 6th rite B4 closing, The closing Manager has to be a relative Of Cooperate, Red Hair with Glasses) He is the Absolute worst. , Because of this I will be spending my money else where will not be recommending this store to my Co-workers as I did plan on doin smh Parking: Ok
