I visited a great pub with refreshing cold beer and delicious food. The pub recently experienced flooding but is now being restored. It was a pleasure to support them by stopping in for a drink and a meal. The outside area has a unique and quirky charm. It's nice to help out a business that may have been overlooked by the government. I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 5, and the location a 5. This hotel offers great value and highlights include the delicious food and cold beer.

We were advised this was the best pub in town, well the 4 of use dined there last night and certainly weren’t disappointed, friendly efficient service, great selection on the menu, the meals were all delicious, quite large and certainly good value, if you are visiting Rochester we throughly recommend this family hotel, you won’t be disappointed.
