Extremely inconsistent! The food can be absolutely delicious.. and then it can be the complete opposite.. Twice in a row now (in a 2 week period) both orders have been ridiculously overcooked and oily! The battered squid rings were filled with oil and brown as was as the chips. Not sure we will be going back anymore.. been a loyal customer for over 5 years but the food is never guaranteed to be decent.. The food serving sizes also vary so much! Consistency in quality and quantity should be priority.. At times it can take a good 30 minutes of continually calling to get through via the phone just to place an order...
