Table reserved without problems but restaurant closed...

On the occasion of a small family meal, we discovered the restaurant Le Mathys. Very pro team, cosi frame and plates worked faithful to its positioning of bioastronomie. Bravo. We tested: Burrata accompanied by its various tomatoes, small flamiches (local gastronomy forces, salmon bugs with its homemade avocado purée, and dish of the finely marinated chicken skewer with fried seasonal vegetables. Reservation 20h30, 21h30 still not server.... when ordering more mussels and peace of God ... address not very serious!!!

I don't recommend this restaurant. It is understandable to have stock breaks (Ducasse 4 days . So I don’t have any criticism on this. On the other hand, the attitude of the staff is to be reviewed (no courtesy, inappropriate remark, irrespective comments). There is a way to talk to customers who were not up to it. Criticism does not seem to be accepted, it nevertheless improves. The best thing is to make the competition work (friendly and welcoming staff in the other establishment while it was crowded.
