The restaurant looked a good place to shelter from the consistent afternoon rain in a historic building in the Old Town of Aviles. The waitress was by herself but worked hard and very efficient. We were able to make good my embarrassingly poor Spanish. The room was clean, inviting and well laid out with plenty of space. Toilets were immaculate. I chose the Menu del Dia which was amazingly good value at 15 euros. I chose the much loved local rich Bean Stew or Fabada Asturianaas as my First Course. This together with bread is very filling in such generous portions to the extent that I actually left a small amount. This is very unusual for me. My second course was Pork with Chips and Peppers which was delicious. I had the traditional rice pudding with plenty of cinnamon as the third course which I had been intending to try for several months. I had opted for wine as my choice of beverage and very glad I did as the waitress left me a bottle rather than a glass. Needless to say it went down very well! a highly recommended restaurant. Muy buena comida, genial calidad-precio, pero lo mejor fue la atención. Excelente servicio y muy amables.

Fuimos a cenar dos personas. Pedimos unas tostas y eran de buen tamaño. También pedimos revuelto de huevos con gulas y gambas porque no tenían el revuelto de jamón. Tampoco tenían croquetas. El lugar es agradable y la camarera muy simpática y cercana. Es un lugar recomendable.

Un lugar perfecto en el centro de Avilés, con una atención y comida sorprendentes. Totalmente recomendable para ir en familia, en pareja, etc. Su personal se esfuerza por complacer tus gustos, y la comida es deliciosa.
