8100 Mountainside Grill - Avon

The restaurant was just okay, but I expected more. The menu was very limited and the service was slow. It was my first time there and I'm unsure if I would go back. It seemed like there was potential in the past, but a change in management may have negatively impacted what was once a great experience.

Made reservation on Open Table since we had been there once been and it was great. We were going here for a birthday celebration with people and it was hard to find a reservation anywhere in Vail Valley. We got dressed up, got the kids ready, and showed up on time. Guess what? “Oh I’m sorry, we aren’t serving dinner this time of year. I’ve told the manager that it says says we are on Open Table. I guess he hasn’t fixed that yet.” Okay, that’s the poorest excuse I’ve ever heard. Terrible. Park Hyatt is a large hotel. This is inexcusable
