Culver's - Avon

This place was amazing for service, for friendliness and for food. The hamburger I had was cooked just right. I had grilled onion and mushrooms, cheese, lettuce and tomato. I also had French fries and onion rings. The fries were NOT soggy and were crisp outside and tender inside. The onion rings were the same, crisp just to perfection on outside and tender onion on inside. My daughter Christine took me there for lunch. It was my first visit to this restaurant as I live in NC and as I said this place, food and service rate top of list. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants a good lunch for their money.

Burger was fresh and tasty. Establishment was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ok, the shakes are AMAZING!!! I didn't get any food this time but I loved the shakes! I got raspberry and there were two other people with me and they got chocolate and a frozen lemonade thing, I tried those too and it was REALLY good!!

I usually do not leave reviews but the customer service last night at the Avon, Oh location was horrible. On our way out of the restaurant after eating dinner, we ordered ice cream to go. We waited a half an hour for an ice cream order and watched people who ordered after us receive their orders before us. When I finally asked the girl at the counter why my order (2 medium mixers) was taking a half hour to fill her response was I mean you ordered at 8:40 and it 's only 9:11 Once the ice cream was brought out you could tell it had been just left sitting and clearly forgotten on a counter.

I grew up in Wisconsin. I love Culvers. They have a great variety of good tasting, hearty food choices with a homemade root beer and fantastic Custard to finish off that dinner.
