Frost Bite - Avon

The only reason this restaurant is receiving 2 stars is for their good ice cream. The service was extremely poor, especially from the older lady working the drive-thru. She was very unprofessional and seemed to hate her job. She was rude while taking our order, and then muttered under her breath about the orders while we were paying. When she handed us our 4 Frosts, I requested lids and she became angry, lecturing me on the difference between Frosts and shakes and saying they don't put lids on them. I explained that because it was a drive-thru and I had a family order, I needed lids for the 4 Frosts. She mumbled and slammed the window closed. It should be common sense that I was driving and not eating there. I hope they improve their service because their ice cream is actually great.

Delicious ice cream and chocolate malt. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices If we lived closer would go more often.

The serving sizes are generous at this restaurant! My coney dog was enormous. The coney sauce has a savory flavor that I enjoyed. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely with flowers. The restaurant has a charming and cozy feel, and the service is fast. The prices are very reasonable. There are outdoor seating options available. I have tried their ice cream before and the small frost is equivalent in size to a large at other places. Definitely worth a try - you won't be disappointed.

For a fast milkshake stopped and it was delicious! a great resistance is difficult to get these days, but not here as it was perfect! well done.

I really like this place. Their Sundae options feel unlimited, their hard ices is great, and eating is also great. they must try their zucchini sticks and mozzarella sticks. both are wonderful and the service is always friendly
