Prezzo Italian Aylesbury

Great food and very friendly staff. Food arrived quickly even though the restaurant was busy. Will be coming back soon.

Usually quite like Prezzo but the last couple times I've been to this one the staff haven't been exactly on it in terms of paying attention. Had to wait quite a while before I even got offered a drink, then even longer before it got to the table. Food was similarly not that fast, which would be ok if it was outstanding but last time the calzone came out largely cold and undercooked with some of the cheese not even melted. I do have to praise their allergen choices. I can't eat cheese and my partner can't have gluten but Prezzo caters effortlessly for that element and ultimately the pizzas did taste good and their non dairy cheese was as good as any of the other similar chains.

I don't usually write reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at Prezzo in Aylesbury yesterday. The staff were all very efficient, knowledgeable about the menu and polite. We never had to wait for very long for any aspect of the meal even though the restaurant was fairly busy and we hadn't booked. The food and drinks were excellent and good value, and the restaurant was a nice place to eat in too. Couldn't fault our dining experience.

We always loved eating. Children eat their dinner every time we go there, this is a pretty testimony on their own. During the lockout we ordered departure from Prezzo, I don't know how they managed to keep the presentation of food as fantastic as when served in the restaurant. Not a single spaghetti during delivery. Calamari was so crisp as if it just came out of the pan. Amazing!

Had a nice meal here last night, the whole event was very safe and the service was on site. Our waitress was so attentive and personal from the beginning to the end. She recommended dishes, forced us to our elections and checked in more than once to make sure we were all right and enjoy the food and drink. Your service was so good that we suspected that she was manager, but when she took our bill payment, she apologized when she was new!! She said she had taken over from the recently closed Tring branch. She's a fortune for Prezzo! To finish this, the food was on the spot and I really believe that Prezzo has really improved in recent months. Can't wait to come back!
