Barns Serviced Accommodation - Ayr

Had a nice stay here. Beautiful clean comfortable rooms. Large outdoor space for sitting and relaxing with a wee vino! The owners are also very friendly. You have thought if anything to make sure you enjoy your stay. Small coolers in the room with water and milk for tea with free tunnocks. There is also a kitchen with fridge and microwave. Fantastic fresh cooked breakfast to set us up for the day! Great location, easy walk to the city or by the sea. Definitely plus to have parking permit. We will definitely be back and recommend everyone we know.

A BnB with an element of self catering too. Kitchenette where can have a meal if you want. Lovely outside area to enjoy your meal or just sit and chill. Friendly owners who went out there way to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect location for beach, shops , restaurants.. Room was very clean and worked well for us in every way. Access to the premises was very straight forward and parking was made very simple.. Breakfast was more than ample in choice and quality.. Thanks to all who contributed to making this short but very needed break an enjoyable experience .. We will definitely be back Doreen and Karis

This is my second visit this year .The staff are lovely they go over and above to make you so welcome . The service was brilliant . I will be going back it’s a lovely big house and the breakfast was lovely .I felt safe as u get masks in room to wear. tea ,coffee ,tea cakes, water in room For you.The rooms are big and spotless .The beds are comfortable on my visits Ive had both room and they Are lovely. This B&B Is suitable for disabled people it has a large walk in shower. There’s plenty of room for wheelchair users all over the house.

Central to all the local amenities in Ayr. Modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. Reasonably priced and would recommend highly
