Fast stop in ary, beautiful landscape good customer service? tim hortons on the back of the old factory to see many old trains

Usually great service but today very slow at the cash register. More interested in serving drive-thru.

Ayr resident that visits this location daily if not more. Clean, modern and friendly HOWEVER... twice in the last 2 weeks wrong order given. As someone that struggles in the morning and does fasting my morning coffee is everything. Needless to say I'm questioning possibly getting my morning coffee when I drive into Cambridge every morning. Maybe staff should concentrate on who's getting what order. Maybe call it out as you hand it to the customer. *ps I realise it says on the lid what it is but my eyesight isn't the best half asleep in the darkness of 5:40am* Ordered a coffee milk, half a sugar. Got a steaped tea with 2 milk and 2 sugar. *gag*

Horrible service all the time. My order is ALWAYS wrong. Like I?m usually super nice about it but today my bagel was legit 2 bottom pieces?. See the photos.

This Tim Hortons location has always been kind of... meh... ordered a sandwich today and the bun was completely burnt and tasted like char. Not sure how you don't notice a completely burnt bun when assembling the sandwich.
