Tim Hortons - Ayr

I had a quick stop at Ary, and it was a delightful experience. The landscape is beautiful, and the customer service was excellent.

This is the best-run and friendliest Tim Hortons I’ve visited all day. The staff was eager to help, friendly, and very efficient. The location was busy, but the service at the counter was quick.

No matter the time of day, this location consistently fails to take orders accurately and takes an incredibly long time to serve what I’ve ordered. It should not take 10 minutes to get a coffee and a donut or 30 minutes for a meal. To make matters worse, the food was barely warm when I finally received it, and there was no attempt to rectify the situation. Do yourself a favor and avoid the poor experience and excessive wait times here. Take your business where customer service is prioritized and where staff know how to address simple mistakes without being rude. The customer service at this Tim Hortons is very disappointing, and the slow service has clearly declined. It's not what it used to be, so steer clear of this location.

The inside seating area was larger than I was expecting. Not too crowded at the time.
