We were here at the restaurant just for lunch. A huge advantage is the presence of a wonderful summer green courtyard with arbors twined with grapes. There are 3 halls in the tower itself the Upper, banquet, with a glass roof. You can get there by lift. The two lower halls are publicly accessible, you can get there from the street. We got there in the heat, and the halls were stuffy, besides, the music was rumbling. Kitchen without any frills satisfying, dense, normal. We ordered 2 different dishes it turned out that they are almost the same chop under layers of cheese and mayonnaise with potatoes. Near the tower there is a sculpture of Shura Balaganov, very beautiful. Были тут в ресторане, просто обедали. Огромное достоинство наличие чудесного летнего зеленого дворика с увитыми виноградом беседками. В самой башне 3 зала Верхний, банкетный, со стеклянной крышей. Туда можно подняться на лифте. Два нижних зала общедоступны, туда можно попасть с улицы. Мы попали туда в жару, и в залах было душно, к тому же громыхала музыка. Кухня без особых изысков сытно, плотно, нормально. Заказали 2 разных блюда оказалось, что они практически одинаковые отбивная под слоями сыра и майонеза с картофелем. У башни расположена скульптура Шуры Балаганова, очень красивая.

Цены норм, порции большие...не доели Хромает немного персонал, вначале чувствовалось, что не очень рады они гостям, ну потом все включились в работу
