Francesco's - Babylon

The food was very good. The only criticism I have on the food is that the appetizers and 4 of the 5 ducks we needed salt. This was surprising because the rolls they gave in the bread basket were perfectly seasoned. However, the staff we contacted was less friendly to make it mild. The waitress literally threw my straw on the table after I told her that my drink was wrong. Every time we have asked for something (appearant plates, napkins, ketchup, etc.) the request was met with rolled eyes and Incredulity each time. Instead of going back to the kitchen to get appetizer plates, she took them from empty tables around us. When she took her out, she actually took the tip of the bowl that one of us could eat straight salad to lift it to show that there was a dish under the bowl that she could use instead. The waitress reached more and more members of our party to put things in the middle of the table instead of going the extra steps to avoid that. Eventually, when it came time to pay the check, the waitress came by and before she even had the folder that had the check and credit card in it, she took loose money on the table and asked if that was her tip. I don't even know how to end the review, because that was the only one I've ever experienced.

Francisco's is a quaint yet trendy Italian Bistro with an extensive menu. The prices are a bit high, but the portions are massive. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. We went there to celebrate my uncles birthday. The calamari is to die for, the stuffed clams are among the best. I highly recommend the carbonara. I switched the pasta from spaghetti to rigatoni, and added grilled chicken, and it was fantastic. House made Tiramisu, and you can tell it's made with love.

Went here for a casual date night. Love the laid back atmosphere. The staff is very nice. The food was delicious! I got shrimp scampi with linguini in scampi sauce. My boyfriend got ziti with chicken cutlet and that was sooooo good. They have a great bar if u like to sit at the bar. No need to get dressed up.. very casual. Fun time.

Wonderful dining experience! Pleasant and attentive staff, generous portions, and delicious food! Highly recommended!

Superior waitstaff. When we went it was at an ?off? hour and there was only one server present. She waited tables and tended bar. She was A-mazing, pleasant, funny, and nice. She hustled and never dropped the ball once. The food was good too but the service is why I?d go back. (And she made excellent drinks too!
