Restaurant Phoenix Bacau

The only thing you'll remember will be the interior, quite strange. I've never seen a place like that to be called restaurant but it's ok. I've eaten few times there, till i walked meters away for a true KFC instead of phoenix meals. Staff was awful, meals were so and so, price a bit higher than expected. I'll never go there again, in 100m i have better and fair options.
