Staying downtown Bad Homburg we had quite a few dinners at the Joker. All traditional dishes from Hessen/Germany. The green sauce with cooked eggs and potatoes is prepared very authentic and very delicious. It is a special sauce prepared with 7 different herbs, sour cream and yoghurt. The Jaegerschnitzel (Hunters Schnitzel) was delicious, too. The atmosphere is very welcoming, "gemuetlich" as they say in Germany! The owner Bernd is usually around helping the guests with menu choices.
