Prümer Gang - Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

I asked someone in a library about the best restaurand in the old town. When i entered it was strange because i was the only costumer but when the food came i was good surprised. Good smell, good looking. Good taste, balanced and specian. I...recomand this restaurant!

Overall a great experience. Nice restaurant with good service. only things could be better. both our dishes (starter and main) where way too salty. Our wine bottle was kept out of reach and our glasses were constantly poored. I realize this must...be service but it was actually a bit irritating.

Spargelsoupe pffft Milk soup Horeca fast soup! Tournedos....what a bad restaurants!! No atmosphere nothing. Never never again!

Everytime we are in the Arhtal we have dinner in Prümer Gang. We like the food, the wine list, and the service, all excellent. This time we had the fixed dinner, classical German dishes, often with a little twist.The recommendation of a Frühburgunder was very...good. Prices are higher than the most restaurants around, but the experience is worth it.

We were in Ahrweiler to visit a winery and were advised to have lunch here. On entrance, we came in a hotel style dining room which looked luxurious but lacked a bit of atmosphere. Maybe because it is part of a hotel.... We got a...handwritten menu, which was quite difficult to read given the classic german handwriting style used. There was a separate lunch menu which we ordered from. We all had the paprika soup very nice. Then there was choice of porc (of its back) or venison with spatzle. The venison was the best dish. Desert was a fruit parfait. With it we drank a good Ahrweiler Spatburgunder of Weingut Nelles. Overall a good lunch at a fair price.
