Da Carlo Ristorante - Bad Salzuflen

Eating is excellent. the risotto is simply top and unrestricted to recommend. should the rest be very full, it may sometimes take a little longer. the personal is always friendly. the price/performance ratio is good. best Italian in bad salzuflen. a recommendation.

Pizza with Brusheta...very delicious and fresh top. small after part close quickly because early with a break.

Oktopussalat super, vitello goes so, pasta good and pizza very good. Price/performance is ok and the services are very different. it was very full and the people seem to like the too loud atmosphere and the very appealing ambiente. for bad salzuflen in any case an enrichment.

Risotto is the test for Italian restaurants. most do not offer it (too much work), with others it does not taste. that's different here. as an appetizer we had a dish with carpaccio, vitello tonnato, grilled vegetables, rucolasalat and caprese. all very good and at a reasonable price. the pasta dishes are very varied and delicious. we come back. Another note for quality: Monday evening the load is full and he has many places. stay like that!
