Írjon visszajelzéstWir waren auf der Rad Durchreise und haben kurzfristig noch ein Zimmer nach hinten bekommen. Leider etwas laut, wegen des Wasserlaufs. Neues, tolles Bad, gemütliches, sehr großes Zimmer mit super Frühstück. Kaffesonderwunsch wurde prompt erfüllt. Sehr zu empfehlen auch das Essen.
We were with a group. The service was good, the food ok and the rooms clean. But it is not a luxury place but good value for money.
Eine nette Bedienung auch zu später Stunde.Die Küche bot noch Die Tages/Mittagsgerichte an.Die Inneneinrichtung ist als Mischung zwischen urig und sachlich-tradititionell zu bezeichnen.
Gutes Frühstücksbüffet, mit frischen Brötchen, Wurst ,Käse ,Rühreier , Säfte Kaffee gratis so viel man möchte auch Cappuccino im Preis, Januar bis Ende März€ 7,50 ab 4 Personen € 6,90, habe noch nie so günstig gefrühstückt.
Pleasant atmosphere inside and a great place to watch the world go by when sitting outside during the summer months. Staff are mostly helpful and friendly, as you would expect in Bavaria. We quite often frequented the restaurant, the food being of average Bavarian quality - in short, not bad nor excellent. For the small appetite, we might recommend the "Fischteller" (two different smoked fish with fresh horseradish and delicious potato pancakes. The "Kaesespaetzle" are fine too if you are hungry and the cold beer is always the right choice. I cannot recommend the "Schnitzel" range, you will find better offerings in the near surroundings. During the winter months the famous Bavarian "Schlachtplatte", an acquired taste, can be found on the menu as a typical Bavarian speciality. My personal recent experience was extremely disappointing, sort of along the lines "even your dog wouldn't like it". My fault entirely, for not consulting the calendar: you don’t serve nor eat "Schlachtplatte" on a Sunday, it will not be fresh. My wife’s choice, the "Tellerfleisch" also fell short of the previously experienced standards. As in most Bavarian eateries, the chef is a bit heavy handed with the salt, the known trick to sell more beer………All in all, a place which will save you from starvation if you found it in the desert, but in Bad Toelz, I would look elsewhere. On this occasion the served food did not warrant the price paid, the Schnaps offered in compensation (or First Aid) was appreciated, but it will be a long before we will give the Kolberbrau another chance. A real shame indeed.
