Pizza Hut - Badulla

Ordered a super supreme. Only sausages u can see and taste. No chees at all, all falling, worst pizza i ever had. This is not the pizza hut before i use to dine..

Ordered a medium sized pizza with a garlic bread and 4 larva cakes for take away during lunch time. It was not crowded and there was no queue either. But they asked me to wait for 15 minutes. However, they actually took around 40 minutes to prepare my order. When I checked the items, it was seen that they have taken the order incorrectly and taken the order only for 1 larva cake instead of 4. Dine in area can serve 30-40 people. There parking space is very limited.

Before ordering a drink I asked if it was refillable and was told yes. When I went to the counter to ask for a refill the waitress pretended she didn't understand for a minute or two before saying no. When I queried this the manager said refills are impossible. I could of bought a bottle of Sprite for a lot less next door if I was told it wasn't refillable. Clueless incompetent staff and useless manager.

Taste of food is not Good as other Pizza huts. Especially Didn't like the new garlic bread. Soft drinks served by glass. Would be better if they give the option to buy bottles as well. Ketchup sachets are given. Looks cheap. Limited parking space. Overall, not satisfied!

Very very poor customer service. I wait more than 1 hour to get a pizza. (4.56pm to 5.58pm) There were few employees doing nothing no one cared while I'm waiting. And also It wasn't a busy time too. I was a regular customer at Pizza Hut till today not anymore. Really disappointed such a waste of time. Date 06.06.2019
