Inihaw Republic Baguio City

During every Panagbenga or Flower Festival in Baguio, Inihaw Republic sets up a small stall. Now, they have two branches and I am now a loyal fan! The food is great, the atmosphere is fantastic, and even if there is traffic along Upper Session Road near Victory Liner, I wouldn't mind dining here again because of the restaurant's ambiance.

Located in Baguio City, this 24/7 restaurant is a perfect fit for my palate. If you enjoy grilled meat, this is the place to visit. I appreciate the ambiance of the restaurant and the affordable prices. I will definitely return in the future.

I highly recommend trying the grilled limpo and sausage at this restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The barbeque portion size is a bit small for the price of 40 pesos. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, but there is no dedicated parking so customers may have to park on the side of the road, which can be a bit concerning due to the location near a crossing. Overall, a great place to dine.

Great place with great food! faster service, spicy are available on any table easily. I personally love the chili paste! it's nothing in comparison to what I had here. it is conveniently located before line victoryr baguio. they can easily stop for a quick lunch before they return to manila.

The place looks really nice. And I bet it looks even better at night especially their space outside. I really loved their food. We ordered inihaw boodle and it was worth it. Meat were perfectly marinated though the Pla-Pao was kinda salty. We also ordered buko pandan for dessert, perfect to wrap things up.
