The Fat Belly Project - Baguio

I will definitely return to try their unlimited steaks another day. True to the earlier reviews, they were prompt in serving our orders. I ordered the enormous platter while my wife opted for the sexy platter. She wished she had chosen the Diet Platter because of how large and satisfying her meal was. The ribs were cooked excellently—they were tender and practically fell off the bone. The steak was cooked medium rare as requested, and it was one of the best I've ever tasted in Baguio City. The rice portion was generous, and the soup was delicious, followed by a delightful dessert. As the name suggests, it truly lived up to being a FAT BELLY PROJECT. I am completely satisfied!

This restaurant offers delicious comfort food with generous portions at affordable prices. The location is fantastic, featuring convenient basement parking. The ambiance is cozy and laid-back. The service is outstanding, with friendly staff ready to assist with any questions. The customizable all-you-can-eat bundles are a fantastic option as well. I would highly recommend this place!

The experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly. The food is definitely a 'must-try' when you're in Baguio. I hope they can move to a more convenient and spacious location with a suitable smoking area.

When you say medium rare, they bring it to you medium rare. The servings live up to the price. The steaks are of more than average size and thickness. Make sure you don’t eat much beforehand so you can enjoy the steaks to the fullest. The ribs were a bit too salty so I only ordered them once. The meat comes served with gravy (which actually tastes better with the mashed potato) but there’s a whole tray of sauces that you can choose from. Depending on the day, the sides can range from happy to relatively okay. The mashed potato and the chilli were spot on. One of the waiters gave us small bowls for “dessert” which turned out to be coleslaw and potato salad. Lol. It was still overall okay, though. Plus, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They actually listen to what you want. Will definitely come back.

Restaurant serving grilled pork and steak and chicken. They have buffet option for reasonable price. Located at the level 3 of the building. Parking is limited and likewise seating at the restaurant. Buffet are limited to 2hrs per customer. Serving for platter is adequate, however, the buffet is limited to selection of sides.
