O3zone - Băile Tușnad

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not live up to the four-star rating it claims. While the location and view are fantastic, the rest of the experience leaves much to be desired. The rooms are quite small and feel outdated, lacking the modern comfort you would expect for the price. The food, however, was a pleasant surprise—great variety and quality in every meal. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the services. The gym is tiny with old equipment, and it only opens at 9:00 AM, which is very unusual for a hotel of this level. Similarly, the spa shares the same late opening hours, leaving you with no options for relaxation or exercise before that time. For the premium price, it feels like you're only paying for the view and location. I would strongly encourage the management to reconsider their priorities and update both the facilities and the level of service to justify the high rates. Service: 3

Bună! Ne-am simțit foarte bine la acest hotel. Camera a fost impecabilă, personalul de la curățenie a fost foarte amabil, mâncarea a fost delicioasă, iar la piscină apa era foarte curată. Nu avem nimic de reproșat. Nota 10!

A very special place for families and couples also. We've been going for 4 years every winter. The beautiful place, beautiful people!!! We will come back every time it's possible!
